During Christmas, I had a good time at this hotel. the location was great, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. the highlight of my stay was the wonderful staff, who were always friendly and willing to assist me with my queries. the free Wi-Fi and parking provided were convenient for me.

the walls were paper-thin, so I could hear doors closing and people moving around in the middle of the night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located just a short walk away from the main square and away from the canyon. The hotel was clean, well-maintained and had great facilities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. we found the location to be convenient and the transportation was easily accessible.

Some of the rooms lack windows or are situated near noisy areas like the reception, making it difficult to sleep. There are some hidden expenses such as extra fees and charges for the use of air conditioning, which can come as a surprise to guests.

The location of the hotel is definitely a plus, it's just a short walk up a few stairs away from the bustling main square. the staff is friendly and accommodating, one elderly guest even received a lift from the owner himself! the outdoor terrace area is also worth mentioning, it's very inviting and cute.
